Great costumer service,
I first went to the closest AutoZone location to check if my battery still had warranty. When I went to the store a worker with a red shirt was being really rude and said that he couldn’t help me since my battery warranty expired on may 13, only 10 days ago. Then I went to this store and I explained my situation to the manager (Cruz) and said that he can help me out. Not only did they help me with the exchange with my battery, Miguel an assistant manager helped me install my battery on my vehicle. I’m really grateful that they were able to help me out in these hard times, I will be coming back to this store for any other future purchases. And will highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Came here Sunday morning of April 21st. Dealt with a manager with a terrible and sarcastic attitude. Did not seem like he knew much or cared enough to help. The guy even sold me the wrong tool and didn't care to look at my car issue hands on. Terrible service. Came by in the afternoon and was greeted with a more professional worker named Fernando or Armando. Didn't remember his name specifically but he had long hair and was by far more knowledgeable and professional and helped me with the issue I was having. than the previous "manager" in the morning. I even explained to him how he was by far a better employee than the manager this day and how he should he the one with that title. Without his help this would be a 1 star review.
