““I have gone to this institution several times and every single time I feel like I’m being harassed by one single individual named Diana. In a recent incident I felt very unsafe because I had come to cash out a check of well over 10,000.00 and instead of practicing discretion or regard for safety she screamed out to the entire lobby, “you’re leaving with ALL THAT CASH” I already have a distrust in the banking system and she just further deepened my mistrust. I felt like my safety was put on the line announcing that I had processed a big transaction. I’ve watched her several times interrupt her employees to butt into sales without any regard for the conversations happening. She is goal driven and it’s ridiculous. TRB needs to do better.The rest of their staff is great but her approach is unsettling and because of this Ive yet to consider opening an account here.”

“Brownsville Branch excelent service, Silvia Ibarra my account executive, is one of the most competent person I have ever met at any bank, resolves fast and always provides options, other guys at the bank are fast, and provide a grate service attitude. I am foreigner and this is probably the only bank in Texas that allowes foreigners to have access to open a corporate account (I have an LLC) and also to have access to their brokerage firm. (Vantage Wealth). Very recomended.”
“I visited this location and immediately felt welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked in. I was helped by a very nice gentleman who assisted me with my banking needs. The manager stepped out of her office and acknowledged a couple waiting, then introduced herself with a warm smile and a welcoming voice. It made us feel very comfortable.
