Really good selection of clothing, accessories and boots. 5 stars to your worker named Alberto who helped me and my mother in law pick a vest for my dad. We needed to know if it was true to size and he willingly put it on for us so we could make our selection. Above and beyond customer service on his part because not alot would be willing to try something on in the middle of the store to help us out, so I thank him very much for that and making it a wonderful experience for my mother in law whose first time it was at this Boot Barn, she is so excited to go back for more. It's so organized and felt very welcoming, we will be back????

I used to go to Boot Barn a lot in Houston, really glad they made one here in Brownsville. I love their rewards program, you gets coupons after every certain dollars spent. Also if you order online for pick up you automatically get a coupon. They always have friendly associates especially Blanca and Linda ♥️ very helpful and knowledgeable on their stuff. They also have various racks of clearance for both men, women and kids.

Great place to shop our daughter needed western boots.An employee who had just clocked out still assisted our daughter for proper fitting boots for an upcoming event.Love that they offer a military discount to people who served our beloved country.Will shop the Brownsville Boot Barn more often.
