“I picked up a rental car in San Antonio and drove it to Brownsville. On the way the tire pressure of one of my tires started plummeting. I went over to Avis of Brownsville. Connie was very helpful directed me 10 minutes down the road to Pep boys and they fixed my tire with no charge. Thank you Connie for being so helpful and thank you Avis I will definitely rent from you again!”

“Our personal car got hit and was stuck in the shop for over a month so we needed an extended rental. Enterprise/Hertz was completely out of cars at all locations so our insurance agreed to cover a vehicle from wherever we could find one. I'm now on my second rental from this Budget location and Cheryl and Michelle are so courteous and friendly! Definitely not what you would expect from an airport location. There is a stand-alone location closer to me (Harlingen) but to be honest they are absolutely horrible the 2 times I tried to rent there so I will only come to these ladies whenever I need a car! Even my 3 yr old son loves seeing them!”
“I had no problems here, I rented a Ford F150 Truck with 750 miles, clean. I filled it up a couple of miles from the airport going down the airport road entrance. A few days later I received email notification that everything was well, so no charges. I always take pics and a quick video because they do not go outside to check the vehicle.”

“The customer service at this place is top notch! Brandon was amazing! I walked in on a random afternoon after having a tire blow out on the highway and finding out it was a special tire and I would have to wait a few days before getting it back so I rented a car! As soon as I dropped the car off he inspected it and went over the cost of everything with me! Immediately asked if I needed a ride I don’t even have to ask him! The driver was very nice and took me to the dealership!!! Would definitely rent from them again!! I actually went to Hertz first and they told me they did not have any vehicles and the enterprise would not either because I didn’t have a reservation so if you go to Hertz first like I did, don’t listen to them and go rent for Brandon!!!”
