“The customer service at this place is top notch! Brandon was amazing! I walked in on a random afternoon after having a tire blow out on the highway and finding out it was a special tire and I would have to wait a few days before getting it back so I rented a car! As soon as I dropped the car off he inspected it and went over the cost of everything with me! Immediately asked if I needed a ride I don’t even have to ask him! The driver was very nice and took me to the dealership!!! Would definitely rent from them again!! I actually went to Hertz first and they told me they did not have any vehicles and the enterprise would not either because I didn’t have a reservation so if you go to Hertz first like I did, don’t listen to them and go rent for Brandon!!!”

“Our personal car got hit and was stuck in the shop for over a month so we needed an extended rental. Enterprise/Hertz was completely out of cars at all locations so our insurance agreed to cover a vehicle from wherever we could find one. I'm now on my second rental from this Budget location and Cheryl and Michelle are so courteous and friendly! Definitely not what you would expect from an airport location. There is a stand-alone location closer to me (Harlingen) but to be honest they are absolutely horrible the 2 times I tried to rent there so I will only come to these ladies whenever I need a car! Even my 3 yr old son loves seeing them!”
“I had no problems here, I rented a Ford F150 Truck with 750 miles, clean. I filled it up a couple of miles from the airport going down the airport road entrance. A few days later I received email notification that everything was well, so no charges. I always take pics and a quick video because they do not go outside to check the vehicle.”

I would like to mention to everybody that this location is under staff, Elizabeth the one person working there is doing miracles. On my visit I saw her clean cars do the rental take call and the entire time she had a smile apologized for making us wait. I will be renting here from now on.”

“Avis was a life saver on my recent trip. After I got screwed out of my car rental from Hertz that was booked through Booking.com, Avis was able to help us get a car. They are one of the only car rental places that accept debit cards. They held the very last car for us, until be could Uber from the airport to get there. The woman behind the desk was so kind and helpful! I will definitely book a car through Avis again! Thank you so much for saving our vacation!”
