Terrible service I asked if they speak Spanish and they looked at me like I was a piece of poop. Today May 25, 2024 at 8:20. Of course there is everything and very beautiful and affordable $$$ but with those deals you don't even want to buy there.

DONT WORK HERE OR COME HERE TO BUY!
I have two family members who worked here the management here is horrible. Not surprised that the customer service is horrible too. The own MANAGER was so unhelpful and seems so unhappy to work there. I rather go to Boot barn or Gavel. Never coming back to this place again.

This was my first visit to this store. I went in looking for some work boots. I made my way to the back of the store where an employee asked if he could help. I picked a couple of boots I liked and he found the sizes that we hoped would fit because they did not have my exact size. I tried them on and we talked about the importance of taking care of your feet while working. I then tried on a few more. Unfortunately in the end I didn't get a pair of boots BUT I did finally get my Texas belt buckle! This was one thing I wanted to remember my trip to Texas. In the end I found out the gentlemen that helped us is the Store Manager. He personified someone who strives to take care of his customers!
