I've been a customer of theirs for almost a year now and I've never had a problem. On the contrary, they've exceeded my expectations. The staff is so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the calls of concern I get whenever I forget to lock my unit! Thank you! Needless to say I Highly recommend them.
