Our Titan is regularly serviced here, we always have a positive experience. Murdoch always pays attention to detail and documents all concerns entirely. With every visit he recommends service that our truck is due for to keep it reliable and roadworthy. On more than one occasion he has provided us with quotes for upgrades like OEM auto start and tow mirrors!! Definitely recommend Charlie Clark Nissan to anyone! Ask for Murdoch in the service department he will take care of you!!!

I love Nissan vehicles however I hate dealing with their sales tactics! I would recommend you take your business elsewhere! They say they have discounts for you and beat anyone’s price blah blah blah… but when you actually try to purchase a vehicle from them you must fight tooth and nail for the “discount “ ! If you enjoy haggling prices and terms for hours then this is the place for you! Not me !! I HATE B.S. and feeling like I’m being taken for a fool!!! After being a faithful Nissan customer for 20 yrs (1 frontier 2 titans 2 Sentras 1 maxima) I will move on to other brands for any future purchase!

Everyone that helped me with my purchase was wonderful. I never felt pressured or had any doubts. This was one of the easiest and most pleasant dealerships I have ever had to deal with.
** adding an update to my review. Went to take my vehicle to the Harlingen location for tire placement due to it not being able to be repaired. The Harlingen location could not pull up my warranty information which would had covered 100%. I was able to locate my other warranty but I had to pay out of pocket. It then became a blame game going back to Brownsville since they did not have all the information listed. I had to go back to the Brownsville location to get another copy of my information. The finance person, who was not who I initially dealt with gave me my information and said well I should be happy that I didn't have to pay full price. I should not have had to pay anything since I purchased the warranty. Its been almost a month since that happened and I am still having to deal with trying to get reimbursement.

Nissan Brownsville is great and attentive when it comes down to selling you a car, and they wont stop hounding you to get a hold of you. Now that I dont have a car with them, and im looking to get a copy of my lease return, no one can call me back or even give me an answer and iv been trying for the past week. I wish they provided the same customer service all around, not only when it was convenient for them.
