“Great service. I was out of town cosign family in Austin, TX and went to the 5.11 store there. I was told that the shirt i wanted was available for transfer to the Austin store if I wanted. I told the salesman that I was from out of town, he asked from where and I told him Los Fresnos, he said that the shirt was available at the Brownsville store. He made s call and the shirt was placed on hold for me to purchase at my local store. I arrived at the store and they had the shirt on hold. This is what I call great service.”

“The store is great and in pricing but the only thing wrong at the Brownsville Texas store is no restrooms for customers and that is bad for shoppers for emergencies we have to use other stores restrooms not good the owners need to change their customers policies to us the restroom”
