great service, i love the guy in front of He always makes me laugh and my nails look so good when he does them. He knows what he’s doing and he’s the reason i keep going back
BUT There’s this girl, ADRIANA, who i’ve always gotten a weird vibe from so I’d try to avoid her but today I had the unfortunate incident of no one else being available so I had no choice but to go w her. As soon as I go sit down at her station, she tells me “i’ll be right back” then she proceeds to take around 15 min in the rr. Then when she returns she starts doing my nails and she kept filing my skin but i let it slide even tho it was hurting me. So then i tell her i want almond and the length i want them and she starts cutting them shorter and shorter. So i let her keep working because I HATE BEING THAT CUSTOMER but she started doing them bulky as well. So i spoke up and said i wanted them longer and skinnier but you kept cutting them and she says “well i can’t make them thinner but you know what go ahead and take a seat and someone else can help you” and she asked “who’s next “ while i was still sitting in the chair and she tells me again “you can go and take a seat over there” and so i asked her “who’s going to take these off of me” and she said “whoever helps you can take those off but go have a seat over there” I had to wait for over an hr to get treated like that by her. Everyone else is always super friendly and nice and she’s the only one a lot of customers seem to have problems with.

very disappointer, I always do dip nails in another place, but decided to give them a try trying acrylic overlay, first of all I had long nails for months and the nail technician just started taking my nails off with another fake nail despite I mentioned to her all my nails were going to break that I had months letting them grow that i only one shorter nail which I was open to putting a fake nail I also explained that I usually ge them soaked in acetone with foil paper! SHE ONLY STATED THAT WILL TAKE A LONG TIME ! I ended up with extreme short nails, I though ok I will restart growing them now using overlay technique ! By day 5 the acrylyc overlay was chipping, coming off, and is 1 week and all my nails fell. The technique or material are bad! The place is a little cheaper price that other salons but cheap is always expensive! worst 48$ spent in the year! first and last time I will come here! do not waste your money!

The lady at the entrance, great!!Sadly, the lady who did my pedicure was in a hurry to finish. I did my nails on a Saturday and by Sunday the shellac was gone. I had to pain my nail with a color I had at home.

If I had an OPTION FOR NO STARS, THAT IS WHAT IT WOULD BE!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! RUDE & JUST AWFUL!!! I GET WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS, WEEKS BUT TO BE TREATED AS IF WE ARE NOT PAYING CUSTOMERS IS A JOKE. YOU ARE PROVIDING A SERVICE, IF YOU DONT LIKE WHAT YOU DO, THAN DO SOMETHING ELSE!!! THIS WAS AT THE LOCATION IN BROWNSVILLE ON 802 IN SIDE THE WALMART!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO TIP, JUST SOME ADVICE!!!

They are always very busy. I have noticed the best time to go in and out in less than 1 1/2 hour is Wednesday or Thursday after 3:00 or be there early any day of the week. They are very professional and clean. Every time they finish with a customer, the ladies sanitize the tubs. I enjoy the pedicure and massage of my feet because my wife used to do that to me before she passed away. Now I have to pay someone to do it.

I stopped in this shop today for a nice relaxing pedicure.The place was filthy ,the men were rude totally a rush rush job.I had to stop him to get a new file instead of using the one that has been used over & over again by other people.I apologize for this review.I had the wrong store.The store I was talking about is in the Ruben Torres Walmart.So I have no stars for this store
