They helped make my wine labels and had great communication throughout the process. The measured the wine bottle I had and helped me with dimensions. Before they officially printed them out they sent me a preview of how it would come out. Definitely recommend them.

Look, I don’t normally like to rate businesses, I’m understanding and just want what is ordered. I was advised to have “families order separately next time”. When it comes to “big” orders, this is not the place to go. From what I understood it was just one person making approximate 50 fan shirts for a little league team. There was some miscommunication apparently. I don’t know I cant speak for that portion. However, I can say this. Possibly more man power is needed. Waited a month to finally get the remaining 6 out of the 8 shirts I ordered with my daughters coach, initially. I respected everything up until when the last 3 shirts were left outside of the business to pick up. Originally they were 3 large shirts, I was told they didn’t have them in stock, mind you this was after I was told they would be ready the “following day”(Wednesday). I voiced out loud not to promise me a day and then not have the order ready as this has been a consistent problem. I went Wednesday (4/28) only 3 were provided due to the large not being in stalk. I did say to just make the last 3 shirts (XL) because I was over it. I gave it till the following Friday. Called and no answer. The only answer I got was through text stating they were left outside. The coach refunded, out of her pocket, those that didn’t get their shirts because he said he wasn’t going to make them. God bless this business. We all struggling out here. Why am I so upset. We were given a date at the beginning of the season that we would have our shirts by 3/30/2022 (first game/opening ceremony). We are now today at 04/29/2022 and finally got my full order. May not be fully correct but I pray that my mom, dad, sister, and mother in law can make it to another game before my daughters last game and the season is over in 2 weeks. :/

If I could give no stars, I would. The owner basically allows for the “lady who makes the shirts” to dictate and run the business. Placed a teams fan shirts order back in March, and expecting for it to be an overall smooth and professional experience has been something that’s dragged out to be a month of hassle and stress. I eventually refunded the parents and let him keep what we had already paid because we grew tired of the run arounds we were given. The first time the order was picked up, the fan shirts had no jersey numbers on them. Obviously a jersey number is what a fan shirt is about. The second time we picked up the order, after he wanted to charge me an extra $5 a shirt for the right design (which should have been done the first time), I only was given half an order. Once confirming with my spread sheets, I advised that I was missing shirts and was given the longest explanation. After a third time, I sat down with the owner and it was said and confirmed that he “had extra material and was wondering why.” He let me know I could pick up the order for a third time by the end of the week, (this was on a Tuesday). The end of the week came around and the order wasn’t ready, and he was “placing the order for more shirts” which didn’t need to be done since the very first time all that was missing were jersey numbers. That was two weeks ago and we’re now being requested to take back all the shirts we’ve already picked up for an overall count of what’s missing. I filed a police report for documentation purposes, and provided them with screenshot conversations of the owner reassuring me they’d fix the order. Very unorganized and I don’t plan on ever placing another order.

What a waste of time and money and energy. For all this I could have made some shirts myself. So unprofessional will be telling everyone I know about my horrible experience with this man and woman.

I was told they would have them ready by Monday and here we are Wednesday and the cards I ordered are still in the design state. I left them a replica of my card what else is there that they need , don’t promise a day to your customers or this will happen. ThankYou but I’m taking my business elsewhere.
