they do business the old fashion way...they earn it!. we built our home in 2006. every light fixture, every fan, every bulb was purchased from mike. we were interested in quality, professional service, and honesty. price was important, however based upon our experience of living in several geographical areas of the u.s.a. we consider ourselves to be informed consumers. price is an important part of all purchases...but quality wins out in all cases. mike delivered everything on time, marked every carton with location in the home, indicated correct bulb size and style. in 2013...refurbished outside garage lights rehung them all for a nominal amount of dollars. where can you get this type of treatment from a big box retailer. surely not in this day and age. end of story.
