Horrible customer service!!I got there at 9:20 and they were cleaning around us while trying to get a few things & mind you they close at 10pm. While purchasing the items the both girls that were working seemed upset and mad. No customer service at all, we said hello, thank you and goodnight & they ignored us and talked about locking up already & it was barely 9:30pm.Rude behavior overall!!

I stopped by for a quick purchase yesterday at 930 pm. I went in got what I needed. At time to pay... cashier was rude. I said hello and she ignored me. I said good bye and thank you and she ignored me. As I was walking out customers were driving away because all the lights were off outside and they had very dim lights inside. Mind you it was only 930. They thought the store was closed. Not the first time this happens either.

I live close to this store. But Everytime I go I feel bullied n harassed by the manager Jessica cordero... She will follow u around whole store. I can't shop peacefully. I just leave. Because it's not a peaceful experience there...
N the self checkout never works. I asked her last time in morning opening why it wasn't working she ignored me. They make people wait in line for more then 30 mins.
One person is attending. Manager doesn't do nothing she goes hides in the back warehouse. N when she does help she has a ugly attitude!!
Her attitude is terrible..
It's like everything u ask as a customer bothers her. She is always mad with a attitude.
N if u wanna go to restroom. She gives u key. U go to restroom no toilet paper, no soap, dirty toilet the restroom is nasty!!! All dirty. Specimens all over toilet.
N all produce is expired. I have gone few times. Same Everytime.
Employee told il me they never check it. I bought a few expired produce I came back n wanted to change. Manager said no.
I am really upset.

Went in a while ago and I walked in and the manager just looked at me so as I went in to go get what I needed, I walked up the register and I asked politely for blunts and she was like what blunts rudely and I asked nicely and I told her if they had grape she scanned them I paid for them and went on my way!!! Her name is Jessica Cordero she got fired from a dollar store for the same reasons, she also looked high when I walked in the store, they need to drug test people before hiring them, I will contact HR and file a report

Worst customer service at this location by the manager JESSICA(she said she waS the manager)We tried to use some coupons and jessica said we couldn't use all the coupons.That there was something wrongSo we said the other customer can pay and we can pay afterShe refused and said she could ring up the same itemsCause it would raise a red flag so She kept our itemsSo we went to look for other items and when we wanted to payJessica was charging another employeeThe same items we couldn't takeAnd the employee used the coupons we weren't allowed to use.The employee took the things to the back of the register and walked away.When we wanted to pay she said the same thingAnd when and said that she needed another register open but she was alone.We asked what was the problem and she said we could scan the same itemsBut how is it possible that the employee was able to scan our same items and he did get the coupons.I dont think its to bring us in with coupons and then u go to the store and the "managers" are rude and don't want to sell with coupons unless u

Hi , I asked for diet cranberry but they don't have any . I asked well may you order , she said she dosnt order it because it won't sale. Im a diabetic I had to but sugar free green tea. ?? that's not fair . At least try you never know. !!!!
