So far had a tough time getting ahold of them. I call on days they are open and nothing I leave voicemails and no one returns my calls. Crazy thing is paid for something for them to order it.

I have never had a bad experience with the staff /dme. The staff has always been so kind and helpful. Questions and concernes are always answered.
