When pulling hair out of the rubber hat with a tweezer to highlight that hair, she yanked out a lot of my hair. My scalp was sore for days after so much hair was yanked out. I couldn’t brush my hair for days due to the soreness. I had to go to a dermatologist for all the hair loss.

I liked the service and the lady was very kind. I did have to wait like 15 min. But it was Thanksgiving weekend so everyplace was busy. I only did my eyebrows so I don't know. Prices seem decent
