I placed an online order through the app for pick up at the store and received an email items had arrived and were ready for pick up. At the store they told me they did not have my order and it may have arrived at the mall. Store Manager made no efforts to check my order, tracking number, or offer to research issue. Employeea were great, just no customer service skills from the Manager in charge of store and brand.

Honestly, express is cheap quality now, but went way up in price. you get the same quality (if not better, in some instances) for much less from shein. They’ve gone way down in quality over the years, unfortunately.
