Horrible experience, when purchasing my product that was in my name, I had to sign for it, being the owner of the package. FedEx did not keep its promises; they delivered my package to the wrong address in the name of another person, which wasn’t me. When I tried to find a solution, they had me waiting for approximately 4 days, but they did not provide a solution and told me that they could not do anything. How unprofessional that after going with evidence, they did not solve anything for me. I had to buy my product again. Never again.
