Told me my service would be 30-45mins. After sitting in the waiting area for over an hour and noticing my vehicle was in the garage, but was not being worked on, the guys proceeds to tell me that the tires had just got there? That would have been great to know a long time ago so I could’ve done something else with my time. Great price for the tires I needed, but they need to be more mindful of people’s time.

Went for an oil change and was told I my battery was about to die and needed a new one. I had just bought my battery last year but these guys were telling me i was going to be stranded because my battery is no good. They tried to sell me a new one for $220, but i knew something was not right, so i didn’t buy it. The day after, my car doesn’t start! I jump started it then took it to Sams Club so they could check it there. My battery is completely fine, they loosened it to make it seem like there was an issue. These BROKE LOSERS at firestone tried to take advantage of me, a girl in her 20’s. Truly pathetic, will never return.

Well, on March 6, 2024 I needed a new battery for my truck. I had not been to a Firestone Service Center in many years and I liked the kind of battery they were offering...and the price. They installed it and I was a satisfied customer. Well, last week my truck started to act like the battery was not working properly...the clock kept having to be reset, and there was a delay when I turned the ignition. So I went back to Firestone and their diagnosis was a bad cell in the battery. A couple of hours later I was driving away with a brand new battery. So, yeah...I will continue using Firestone for my automotive needs. I am one happy customer!

They told me i need new tires, but other places i went to for a second and third opinion disagreed. This place also said i needed to replace an arm on my front wheel again two other places said all was good. Also, they have 4 different entries for me they refuse to delete old addresses/cars so they cant even keep my records straight.

I just walked in about 2 pm and asked if they might have time to install a couple of tires. The service advisor said no problem and exactly on time at 7 pm I returned to find my truck ready and waiting. Four tires four struts and a front end alignment. Just as easy as that! That's why I trust Firestone no matter where I am. This store was above average in making me feel comfortable and confident in my choice and I will highly recommend it for your consideration.
