I stopped here to create a few bank accounts.The Customer Service was great, very courteous and helpful.The manager was very helpful and kept everyone productive.This was a process that took some time, but they did try their best to service as quick but efficient as possible.I will be banking more with this bank, and I hope they can keep up the good work!

Terrible service at that branch...the old women are arrogant, and they limit you so much if you don't have a social number, they don't let you withdraw large amounts of money, they tell you that they don't have that amount, I tried to withdraw 6 thousand and they made me so tired that I had to be approved by the manager because I didn't have Itin and the deposit was from the IRS, so I had already done the paperwork for that and it didn't appear very bad in the system and I still left there offended that it's fraud, they pass that on, it leaves something to be desired. company, you need your money quickly, not when they want it, they also stole my card and they never replaced the money and I had to close it so they wouldn't continue taking out why they are not responsible for anything
