I called when I had an accident like I'm supposed to.. took them almost a week to finally answer. Then tried telling them vehicle was in the wreck for all that time and they still charged me the month even though car has been inactive that month. And can't do anything about it.. sorry this is frustrating cuz I didn't use that vehicle yet I got charged. I even told them I can show them the paperwork from when its been stopped and didn't help.. I understand we have to pay but again, car was inactive.. and I did let them know. But had to go to office. This is again almost 3 weeks it took them to answer a call.. I don't have transportation at the time.. but oh well.. I guess thats how it works..

Over the phone customer service was horrible in store was just meh. Wouldnt consider them for insurance i tried to reported claim and couldnt the first day had to call again the day after
