They messed up VIN on inspection certificate, I wasn't able to process plate renewal, and had to drive back to request correction. The bearded guy at the counter didn't seem to care about the inconvenience. I was delayed for another appt, so I firmly asked him to issue correction asap. He took that as me being disrespectful, told me to go elsewhere to get inspection done and gave me my $7 back. He told me I could call whoever I wanted to complain, as it wouldn't make a difference, and to step out of "his" shop. Apparently he is the owner, or related to the owner, so he meant it when he said complaining would be useless. I wasn't expecting much, but an apology for the inconvenience and delays would have been nice. Instead, he acted incredibly rude. Reading other reviews, apparently this is a problem at this place. Do not go to this shop. Go across the street to Oil Changers. I have always had exceptional service with them. Oil Changers also discovered a possum nest in my motor! Which was completely overlooked by Grease Monkey, making me wonder, what kind of inspection did they do in the first place? I wanted to give Grease Monkey a try this year, but will never go back.

Went to ask for prices first time there... parked in the back.... a worker just rudely interrupts me while asking the question and tells me to go to the front park my car in the front.... so I was like ok no thank you. ? While I drove out all the chongers mean mugging like they were gonna do something.... I'm thinking to myself I'm taking my business and money elsewhere. If that's the way they treat customers I'm sure they do lousy jobs.

Went for an oil change and stepped outside to take a private call due to the amount of people inside. So I went out and asked one of the service techs if I could stand by off to the side of the garage entrance not blocking any car or anyone to take this call. In a very rude attitude he said in Spanish you can’t be here and walked away. I tried to get his attention to ask for his name and he ignored me. He couldn’t say ( sorry but you can’t be here) or ( maybe if you can stand over here) you know trying to figure something out. But no he chose to respond with an attitude. It seemed like he’s been there for year he’s a tall thin Hispanic man with reading glasses. If you ever encounter him there I recommend you choose someone else to talk to.

Pretty solid place. HOWEVER make sure you’re there bright and early or prepare for a 1-2 hour wait time.

My husband brought his vehicle first time to Grease Monkey! He was happy! Quick and professional auto service at a great price! He is going to make this Grease Monkey, his go to for future oil changes. Highly recommend!
