7 pharmacies just standing around just looking around. The pre-pay makes me and others mad because we have to wait to long. They see you and they pretend they don’t see you. Cash register people are to slow bad service.

I enjoy shopping at the store. First time using this pharmacy, usually I utilize the Boca Chica pharmacy. This pharmacy is very slow to assist customers. There was literally no one at the pickup nor drop off and they took 7 minutes to acknowledge me. There were five staff members, either working on a computer or spreading cheesemen (gossiping) amongst themselves. I wish the pharmacy was ran like the overall store.

It's about time I give my input here as well. This pharmacy is very very slow, and emotionally aggravating. Regardless if your going through the drive-thru or Inside, They will take forever to attend a person. They have almost 4 registers available for service, and yet, always 1 employee attending instore, and 1 employee at the drive-thru. And if you pay close attention to the inside of the pharmacy you'll see about 4 extra! employees!! in the back, I'm assuming dilly-dallying; because they seem to always be laughing and walking around instead of attending customers even when there is an obvious line of people especially elderly people who maybe aren't as physically strong to be standing as long as younger people, to be attended to. I'm making sure my next Dr. appointment I no longer get my prescriptions sent to this horrible serviced H-E-B pharmacy. Quite embarrassing too, given that the employees even make eye contact with you as they see you waiting at a long line. (Kind of like saying, "I'm busy, you can wait. You wont die in the next Hr. or so.") Disgusting.

They don't fulfilled all the orders, saying they did not get them , then when you bring the prescriptions manually , they lose them ...Worst farmacia of Brownsville... They need to be audited by the health department

Horrible service!! No friendly treatment!Definitely if they don't have the education and don't like their job they shouldn't have that kind of staff!This person has no idea what education is! They're bad tempered, they shouldn't be serving the public!!

Worst pharmacy. Extremely slow service. Every time I go I end up waiting in line forever. What is this the DMV? Come on H‑E‑B! Overall I love H‑E‑B, but y’all got to get your pharmacies in better shape. There are 3 pick up terminals at my H‑E‑B, only one gets used apparently.
