I filed my taxes with this firm and paid $600.00 for a simple 1040 no deductions. IRS is coming after me claiming no return was filed even after proof. Now this firm will not respond to my concerns. I spent 2 hours on the phone with IRS and they want two years of penalties and interest! What? Firm stated they filed but there is no proof with IRS and now I am constantly harrased by IRS.

We have a small trucking business and have been doing business with Hales Bradford for 3 years. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Their feedback is excellent! They will email or call you that same day to take care of business. Hales Bradford takes care of our bookkeeping, quarterly statements, and forms that need to be filed for our trucking business. It is great to have a local agent to turn to at anytime or answer questions. I have had the privilege to do business with Linda and Jennifer in the first floor. Excellent agents and very professional!
