Affordable prices on most of its products, a wide variety of tools for all construction-related trades.
Most of the employees speak Spanish, so it's not difficult to shop here if you're from Mexico, like me.

I recently moved from California and been shopping at the Home Depot store of Morrison for a lot of stuff for my house and the staff here is very friendly, attentive and always willing to help with any questions, specially Edward, but in general I can say that I have been very pleased with my shopping experience at this particular location.
Keep on with the good work and effort you all put serving all of your customers.! You guys rock!!

Terrible customer service , I usually go to the one on boca chica where they actually there to help , here no wood dolly’s available, notified the gentlemen in the register I needed help , no one showed up for 10 min , the gentleman that finally helped was busy putting wood away and had to wait for him to finish before helping me , what ever happened to customer comes first , not coming back to this location.

Thank you Niagara Falls Home Depot. Approx. 3 years ago purchased Ryobi electric weed eater / trimmer from Sean.
Quite happy with the products especially since I am small and find myself a senior. How did that happen ? In any case, Scott has come to my rescue to string the trimmer.
This week I was purchasing string and needed it loaded. Christine and Sean were amazing. The string was tangled inside. They endured. They were upbeat. We did not have success. Scott is the expert . They advised Scott was the ticket. We have found Home Depot staff always nice. However these 3 are exceptional Ambassadors for Home Depot.

I went yesterday with my MIL and my bf and these two amazing workers did really great in going out of their way to help out! We appreciate their kindness and helpful service! If anyone ever needs any help I would greatly recommend Nancy and Kelly for help!

I have had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Josh on my most recent visit. He went above and beyond to offer me great customer service, I needed a return and some other things and Josh made sure to get me attended to efficiently. I wish all customer service representatives were like him. Very pleased with his service. I hope his pay is what he deserves!

The only reason for the 3 star is because the pickup and return desk seemed to have no order or control of customers picking up our returning items. I was in line and other customers would go up and they would not inform the customer that there was a line. Of course this upset other customers who were in line waiting all ready.
