With no Supervisor available both Jocelyn and Amanda decided not to provide customer service to the only customer in the lobby.All I wanted was for one of them to call customer service for me about a fraud case.Oh did I say there were no customers in the lobby? Not even at the counter. But it wasn't their problem so they refused to help. I went to another branch and got the help I needed immediately. I hope these 2 get a customer service class soon.Must be nice to sit and get paid for not working.Are you hiring?

A great business banking experience on mulitple occassions. Amanda assisted us each time and responded to questions and requests via email in a timely manner. She was able to help us get our new accounts setup quickly so we just arrived, provided our id's and we signed the docs.We've banked with several others in the area and I must say this was one of the best experiences we've encoumtered.

Unprofessional, dealt with a rude lady this morning just trying to deposit a check. Cut me off on my words. Unfortunately this is the closest bank to near where I live.

I have never seen a bank location as bad as this one. They are so slow and ignore you when you try to speak with them. I have waited over 30 minutes for them for my transaction. I try talking to the teller and he ignores me and then tells me he hasn't taken any other cars in front of me. I'm not blind 2 other car have gone in other lanes before me. This place is ridiculous.I will be closing my account with these ppl.

Drive thru take for ever !!!! 20 minutes in a lane while the other lane kept moving faster Poor service !

They have horrible horrible customer service and the amount of mistakes they make is unacceptable and the wait it just freaking ridiculous !!! Is time to definitely change banks asap !!!!!!!!!!
