IBC is everything a bank should be. They are all professional, nice, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like you’re an important person. After setting up an account the branch manager hand wrote a thank you note that I received in the mail that same week. You just don’t get that kind of personal touch when banking with large national banks. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with IBC :)

Shame on the monrena lady on a desk ! My mother went to ask this senora if we could could transfer money from a debit card to savings account ! She had no clue ! This lady was just insisting if we knew what a savings account was . She had a nopal in her forehead and was assuming we didn’t know what a savings was because we didn’t meet her standards of people who save money! Disgusting attitude!
