Worst service ever….I have to come and deposit for work and they always take really long and that’s 4 out of 6 times a week on the commercial side, count the money wrong,can not fill change order at times, and communication in thanking customer once in a while! Pretty consistent on there bad service!!

I came to IBC to open a checking account (in a hurry of course) and Jackie helped me with it and was soooo fast and proficient! She definitely answered all my questions and again, was really quick (but not rushed) with everything! Thank you Jackie ??

I regret leaving wells fargo for this bank. And I thought they were the bad guys. They had my check that I deposit over the phone on hold for over a week. After i was told and guaranteed the funds will be available immediately Anyways what can I expect from a “free” account
