James Avery Artisan Jewelry is a great store with attentive staff that make every experience amazing. Customers report smiles and positive energies at the store, and the store is clean and displays jewelry in a manner that is not overwhelming. The sales associates are helpful and take customers straight to the item once they show what they want, and the manager is friendly and answered any questions. Many find the store dangerously addicting, and they say it’s better customer service than the Harlingen store. Customers can’t go wrong buying gifts here and return.

Dangerously addicting. Can't buy just one bracelet and charm. In my opinion they have better customer service in Brownsville than the Harlingen store. Can't go wrong with buying JA gifts.
