the old women messed up my 2 yrs old daughter bangs we specifically old her to stop at her eyebrows and she kept cutting looking like a 2 year old cut her own hair.
The lady with tattoos did an incredible job with my 9 months old first haircut!

What horrible staff, I couldn't even get my hair cut because the lady working there kept asking what style I wanted when I couldn't be anymore clear to what I wanted.
I wanted my head cut and shaved to one inch and that's it. How hard is that? The Lady was staring at me like I was nuts! All I wanted was a haircut! I did try to rephrase what I wanted to see if she could understand me but that didn't work. She just became increasingly rude.
I went outside to ask my mom if I said anything wrong with what I wanted and the lady came outside and tried to confront us. She was hostile when I told her to hang on and I walked outside. When we pulled away she made gestures towards us.
How the heck are you going to give me the run around for a dang hair cut. I don't understand how this place is operational with such rude staff.

Rude and overall bad customer service. The older lady and the man on were just sitting at the back talking and laughing. Didn’t even bother to come to the front to acknowledge.

You would think a stylist would know what mullet is and not shave off my hair in the back. States found the sides..... great..... went around to the back and before I could speak up....... shaved to off. Her excuse.....I don't know what a mullet is, you should have shown me a picture. 21 years as a "STYLEST" and didn't know. $25. Wish I could get it back.

Disgusting customer service. I understand if you are closing in more than half an hour and have people in line, but it's no excuse for an employee with eyebrows from the 90s say this in such a rude manner and just walk out without a chance to process the situation. We tried a different salon right after with the same situation and you know what? The employee was very sincere and empathetic with it. Thank goodness a third place took us in and got the job done quickly, but Just-A-Cut is definitely somewhere I would never return to.

I wish I could give it zero stars. We have taken our son the past few times for a haircut and it never fails that they mess it up. We took him yesterday 9/25 and he left out of there looking jacked up because the guy didn’t listen to what we had asked. You guys need to retrain your workers or hire different people because now we are never going back there. Just horrible.Service: Haircut
