i went to buy chicharron con carne today. im disappointed that the chicharrones they sold me were not what i expected. it looks like they were cooked in oil that hasn't been changed. chicharrones are saturated in grease they are not crispy but they are stale.

Horrible customer service!!! Mainly the lady that is in the food department. Horrible Horrible service she treats you very bad. Ugly attitude. Never coming back to this place ever!!!!!! Sad part is loved coming to La Michoacana.

Wanted some food from the kitchen
Waited in line to pay for 20 minutes then went to the kitchen and ordered the Waited another 20 minutes and then the lady told me don't have any fajita
She could've told me when I ordered
Crappy service never again
Went to McDonald's instead

I bought some chicharrones of those that have meat, fat and leather; very bad experience, in the kitchen there was only one person serving, I waited 15 minutes for him to tell me that there was no need to go to the butcher shop to see if they had them, I didn't like the product, it was runny, the meat was burnt, hard, the chicharrón was not crispy.

Good produce prices, good beef prices. Panadería is dreadful, though. I bought a concha, turns out it was hard as a rock (probably a day or two old).
