This is the worst place, nurses are rude and take too long to attend to patients, especially elderly people they have to come fasting and they start to feel unwell while nurses have their coffee on the side, I dont like this place but it's where the Doctor sends my parents. Been waiting more than 2 hours

This place is horrible. The staff, especially the ones who AREN'T lab techs, are unbelievably rude. labcore was the reason I stopped pursuing a career in the medical field. I could draw my own blood better than these subpar techs ever could

Terrible experience, I took my newborn baby to have blood tests done, it should be noted that when you arrive no one helps you with the iPads and some of the workers are very rude to the patients, my baby was ordered two tests that day In the afternoon they called me and told me that they didn't read it correctly and that my baby needs another study but that they will send the one they already did, I had to go again so that in the end they won't send anything and they would have to do it three times again to my baby.
Terrible service, and the lady who attended still spoke rudely to us and not to mention the waiting time.

As I’m waiting to get called, I could hear employee talk rudely to the elderly ppl, a Lady with Glasses wearing a white coat with white hair, Rudely tells them to Register on a tablet, it’s obvious they don’t know, how to use it, yet don’t bother offering Help to Register. They need more friendly and better customer service here.

I’ve had a good experience and check in is super fast with the iPads but I do agree there should be someone in the front helping the elderly with the iPads. No one is there to explain how to check in

Why is the place so dirty and unkept?!?At least put someone in your front desk to cover the wall that’s coming apart or help the elderly check in on the ridiculous iPads.

After a long wait about 25 minutes on the phone the lady that answered did not know anything, couldn’t guide me and and could not answer any questions because she did not know. I’ll just have to make a trip to find out if I need to be fasting and then to set up an appointment.

This is probably the best lab I've ever been to. So easy to make an appointment, check in is fast and smooth whether its by the app on by phone or inside. The staff is pleasant, helpful and good at what they do. The phlebotomists are top notch at their jobs, which is always appreciated. This is a popular location so if you don't want to wait at all then make an appointment. Oh, and they also open nice and early at 7am so its easy to be in and out on the way to work.
