I have not yet filed but I went with my cousin and the staff was very attentive. They provided us with snacks and drinks and made sure we were comfortable. The manager Sandra was great at explain and answering our questions. By far the best customer service I have seen. I am filing there when I get my w2.

The lady that was there didn’t know what a 8962 form was. I was told I was going to be contacted by the manager as soon as she got there to correct my tax return. They also told me that the manager was going to make my return a priority because the lady that was there didn’t know how to fix my tax return. I never received a call, so I went to check on the status of my tax return correction (6 hours later). The manager was there and didn’t bother to fix it right away, instead told me to come back the next day. Didn’t go back, worst service ever.

1st time going to Liberty tax on Southmost. Had a wonderful experience. The ladies there were friendly, knowledgeable and made you feel welcomed. Will continue to go there every year!!
