Horrible customer service. Prices are slightly lower than Home Depot etc, but service sucks. Only thing was that they messed up and order, and delivered it and it was the wrong material so we had to go back and send it back and thankfully they gave us a refund. But all in all customer service is bad and it's not worth it.

(DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THERE THAT IS EXPENSIVE OR IMPORTANT, IF I KNEW MY HOME WAS BUILT USING MCCOY PRODUCTS I WOULD NOT HAVE PURCHASED MY HOME )I first called about a problem with an exterior door with the in Glass mini blinds, I have 3 in total and not cheap. 1 of the in the glass Blinds broke inside....I called Mccoy's Brownsville location and the young lady's first programmed response was to say "No, sorry, there is nothing we can do, there is no way to fix that" it seemed like this is the store's coached and trained response upon answering any telephone call. I told Sandra how much the doors cost...she finally transferred me to someone who at least knew at a "Door" was...I was advised to drive in the store about 30 miles from my house...I arrived at the store and walked around for about 20 minutes...then I saw one guy up in the ceiling eating a sandwich...I greeted him still up in the ceiling eating..he did not understand English entonces...I asked him in Espanol if someone there knew about doors...He responded in Espanol that I need to speak with the girl with the green hair...there were 3 or 4 young women walking around in circles...none of who greeted us...all young ladies with heavy tattoos, green hair and facial piercings...the one young lady had so many nose rings it looked like she had a problem speaking...when I asked about the door, Sandra, the young lady who spoke to me on the telephone ran away...all of a sudden I was there alone again....another person, Richard, come out and sort of helped me but could really find my details about my door that was purchased...there.... I ended up driving 30 miles back home empty handed...I recommend making any real large purchases at Lowes or Home Depot..none of these people acted like they like helping customers...they all seemed preoccupied, not helpful at all, almost angry. I live on South Padre Golf Course and most of these new homes where built with materials from MCcoy's....about 200 homes...I am not proud of that at all.
