I called MetroPCS and realized that I was been charged for insurance on my phone that I never requested when I bought phone in this store

Absolutely terrible place. Told the sales person I didn't want to change my plan TWICE and he still changed it without my permission! Mind you he took 4hrs for a simple phone upgrade. The manager, Joey, wasn't any help either, he knew his employee didn't know what he was doing and still left the store while said employee messed up my plan and struggled to take a simple payment from another customer. Avoid this location.

This place is bad it not open at all at its time I came at 11.00 and it closed stayed like 30 minutes never opened why put a time that you can’t keep I will not be going back there never had this problems with boosed really might switch back caz of this bad really bad place

Store management trains new sales people by standing by and referring to the customer in a third person sense .trainee then comes and tells you what you just heard them referring to you as a third party. Completely rude and asanine way of training.
