This store is racist and bias , keeping all the good phone and if you have a upgrade they wanna give you a 29.00 or 39.00 I can get those at Walmart I'ma call the state and tell them what this store is doing

You guys work at a phone company and cannot pick up a phone. When I actually get a call answered by some miracle, I'm hung up on. When I've went there in person it's very empty and the ladies are just talking. Horrible service do NOT recommend.
Edit: apparently the call would've taken 30 seconds when I was told to wait for 30 minutes for a store that is empty. Horrible service by Daisy or whoever worked todays shift.
