Horrible Customer service. Lady was being rude and would keep hanging up my phone calls every time I would call back. I don’t know why people like that have this type of job if they aren’t even going to help. Brownsville Tx on Ruben Torres have very disrespectful customer plus they can’t even help you like they always say they do!!!

I didn't like the service, the attendant tried to deceive me by saying that for my cell phone there would only be plans above 60 dollars. And I know it's not true. It said here on the screen, only a plan above 59 dollars is showing, plus the chip, activation and etc.. it gives the value of the cell phone, so I left and made a plan with T mobile elsewhere.

Worst customer service , Shift manager was rude and took a picture of my ID shared without consent and shared to the other stores lying about what i said , I have filed a formal complaint on Metro customer service , ultimately i was able to get what I needed but not from this store , the shift manager lies and its so unprofesional ,this happened May-2-2022 around 1140 to 12 .
