Phenomenal is the word that describes the service at this Metro PCS. Went in on 10/5/25 to switch over from the green store. I was helped by Destiny and I must say, my wife loved that Destiny had a very positive attitude and patience with us. Incredible enough, I was able to purchase a flip phone to use for my business. I also was able to purchase a smartphone for my personal use. I truly felt that this store appreciated my business. I highly and truly recommend this store. Thank you Destiny and your manager on the phone for helping out with my purchase.

I went to this metro on Ruben Torres and I went to fix my phone and the guy there told he can’t help me with that he was being rude and was going to charge me more on my month payment . Do not go to that store they even charge you more when you activate a new line or phone.
