They definitely Don’t care about the customer if it comes to dealing with issues like overcharging / refunds etc. after almost 10 years of being with them and they refuse to reimburse me $40.28 because of an over charge. I’m extremely disappointed. At this point it is not even about the money it is more of the principal. And yes I do have proof of the over charge but since I left TMobile they decided to keep my money.

Horrible customer service! Didn’t get her name, but I inquired about a new line of service and received so much attitude from the start. She didn’t want to tell me her inventory until I answered whether I was a new or existing customer, and she was forcefully making me take insurance and accessories that I did not want or they would refuse service. No wonder people shop online instead.

I was on a three way call trying to help me mother cancel a line on her account I was not able to do it myself on my end so there for my mother went into the location the lady there name Lupita was not helpful what so ever I was guiding her on what to do since I work for Metro By T-Mobile at a different state thought it would her her out so she can help us out to cancel a line but was giving me so many excuses that she couldn’t do it refused the service to my mother .

Horrible service. The guy there told me I was only paying for the service and the activation and the phones, cases and glass were free, but he actually charged me for the cases and glass and didn't tell me or give me a receipt.

They never answer their phone. I have been calling since 8:30 am and it's 10:20 am now and still no answer. Very disappointed!!
