Service was ok , service dept needs to take more pride in keeping its customers informed of the status on their vehicles / I dropped of my vehicle and never heard anything from the dept until I had to call and find out the status . They kept my vehicle for more than a week and never gave me status until I called them , they never offered me any courtesy or any forms of transportation, my car only has 7k miles and basically sat their for more than a week supposedly waiting a part , I was really disappointed on the fact they don't keep their customers informedLuis Del Angel

I was reminded of my upbringing in an auto repair shop from the 1950s to the 1980s. Gentlemen service writers and mechanics really worked with me well and made me feel assured that issues would be solved.Aaron was our service writer. We are proud of the PAYNE family name.
