Customer service was bare minimum, cashier looked right at me and said we do not carry that... I then looked behind him and saw the product I was asking about, I don't know if it was a lack of knowledge or la k of willingness to help but that was extremely frustrating and rude. To top it off cashier turned around to continue to laught and joke with other coworkers, the only reason I made the purchase was due to the urgency I had that day but seriously they need to get better staff

Cute with a moderate range of toys and a great selection of vapes. Customer service was too notch.

Good place, the staff is always awesome and knowledgeable. But I only gave 1 star because now they have a new older gentlemen with gray long hair (05/06/21). Extremely rude and not focused on helping customers and the company make a sale. I hate cloud 9 because prices are clearly higher but I had to go there because that’s how rude that gentleman was and keeping and helping your customers should be priority not your pride and attitude. Ended up paying more at cloud 9 but the assistance was way better.

Horrible service, the female with short black hair was very rude. Didn't even try to help me. Would never come up CLOUD 9 IS WAY BETTER!

Good spot. Good selection. Fair pricing. Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because they say it opens at 10am and it never is. Opens around 1045 sometimes. Very very annoying.
