very rude and unprofessional lady’s, she handed my protein shake half open said lid didn’t close. The whole shake spilled in my car. Never going back there

This place is great just like the name says for pre/post workout shakes and snacks!! Their acai bowl and protein shakes live up to the standard and will leave you feeling satisfied! Will definitely be visiting more often!

As a consumer who values his dollar, I am 100% confident in stating how consistent and fresh Pre-Post’s products happen to be! If you haven’t yet make sure you try one of their delicious bowls, personally my favorite happens to be the Açaí Bowl at the moment!
