They kept car all day only to call at the end of the day to say they couldn't recalibrate cameras/sensors and as a result could not place new windshield. So it appears they placed my old windshield back, but to make matters worse they left my windshield in much worse shape than what it was at drop off. Of course, they took zero responsibility for it. I was able to get a full refund - even the cost of "recalibration" I was charged.
