Very bad experience thsi store !! Never ever get back in this store even my next life !!

We came this store and the cashier was not that helpful when we spent 400$ and he placed one our shoes at the back some reason I dont know he was affraid we would steal or he was not the control under that situation. We wanted to leave the box there because we would flu away and first he refused but when I told him he took from his previous buyer than he took my boxes but he forgot to scan my last shoes and I lost my 50% discount on that shoes and I did not take it. Contact with Managar Mary was useless contact to district manager was useless contact to call center was useless !!! Store number is 0533 congrats for the bad customer service !!! And sadly sketchers has zero customer service include the district manager who caould not respond after 6 month !!!

I have been to 3 Skechers stores this week. This very nice and helpful gentleman offered to order them for me and mail them to my home. He was the only associate that offered this.
