The staff was friendly and they have a great selection of imported items that are hard to find elsewhere. That being said, the prices are pretty good for such items, so I will definitely be back in the future to replenish my ingredients!

It’s true lots of items do not have labels or prices. I do wish they would consider doing so in the future. The staff was friendly and place was clean.

Items may be overpriced. I have a current obsession with the Samyang noodles and yesterday I went to purchase some here. They were $12.99 for 5 packs. I usually purchase the same pack at World Market for $8.99, but decided to just pay the $12.99 since I was already there... later that day I saw an Asian market in McAllen post the same pack of noodles for $6.99... just something to consider.

I went with my husband looking for snacks. I was very excited to have a market with different types of food. I was a bit disappointed by the price. Others have also mentioned how confusing the pricing is. We got a few items and all but one happened to be a different price from the sticker. I take responsibility that I could have easily asked for clarification. What kind of annoyed me was my husband making a comment about the kimchi being a certain price in front of the cashier and after he charged us he just looked at us and said no it’s actually this amount. Double the price and he over heard us. I mean he could have told us before to avoid confusion. Oh well. Yamibuy it is.

It was my first time going here as I saw an ad about this place on Facebook. It was a small store but they had a lot of great stuff. A lot of the merchandise surprised me as they had quail and duck eggs. I would definitely come back again to keep trying new things out.

I was originally happy a store like this had opened in the valley. The one and only time I went to this store a while back was not the greatest. Two females workers were rude. I wanted to pay with a credit card hadn't seen their small sign about extra cost to use a credit card so paid in cash instead. They spoke in their own language laughing which I knew what they were saying. I speak five languages. So never again would I ever return there.

I've been shopping here for about 3 years and love the selection. I get coffee, noodles, sauces, and veggies at least once a month. I always find new awesome things and Lev is such a sweetheart. She is always so helpful.

One of the few resources for traditional Oriental food, nice, clean, helpful staff. We'll go here for unique items. Good prices.

They have some nice products.I noticed a lot of Asian markets do not put price tags on some of their products, however this store takes that to a whole new level and only puts price tags on very few of their products. Since everything we were considering buying didn't have a price tag we kept asking what the price was which eventually annoyed the person behind the counter. There are some places that do this so that they can change the price depending on the ethnicity of their clientele and since we are not "Oriental", if that was the case, I have no doubt those prices were jacked up. One might think the employee would notice that using food stamps might mean the people aren't filthy rich but then again people don't always notice things and maybe it just doesn't matter to them.Or maybe that wasn't the case at all and the prices are jacked up for everyone. Hard to say and I'll likely never really know.I should also admit that this is the first Asian market I've been to in this area so maybe they are all like that, so this review is not a comparison for this area, I'm used to shopping at Asian markets in the Midwest and the West Pacific Coast.
