I disconnected services on February 4th. Spectrum is billing me for the entire month of February, even though I only had service for four days. $325 for 4 days of their crappy service. This is outrageous. They say it's they way they do business in Texas. Avoid them if you can. This is completely unfair. Contacting the Texas AG next.

Went to the store to Pre-Order New Phone. Representative gave me the total so I provided my debit card and she scanned it. It's been over 3 weeks and just received email that the phone was never sent because payment is still pending. Called Spectrum and nobody can give me an answer as to why my card was scanned because supposedly they dont take payments at the store. Long story short nobody wants to take responsibility for giving me the wrong information. Phone representative, supervisors were completely USELESS!!!!!!!! No customer service was provided to correct the situation at all. Representatives drom rhe store were useless also. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!

They can't seem to get things right, been dealing with spectrum for 7 days, over the fone , 14 different people I've had to explain everything all over again, just when I think they got it , am past on to someone else, I've gotten numerous migraines and headaches. It's not what I expected from them, I thought they knew how to handle things. Doesn't seem to be the case. I've had to call 7 times & everytime I've had to explain the situation. Now am having to call again today 14 people let's see how many times ama switch to to explain again over & over. Why don't they hire staff that can handle multiple things at once instead of bouncing me around every time. Gggs

Horrible service. I went today to their store to swap the old equipment, and when I get home to do the self-installation, the ethernet cable is missing. I called their main office because I am without internet service, I demanded a technician to come to the house to do the installation at their expense and requested a credit for no service. Those people in their Brownsville office needs to get more training.

They usually have a wait time longer than an hour and it’s my second visit. Employees have a list of 25 customers waiting for service and out of 5 workers only 1 helping customers while the others either talk among each other or just look around. Extremely poor management by Sherry B. Can’t wait for another company to come to our area an offer internet service.

It was a waste of time since I had to call the customer service number to get my stuff done. Seems they are always trying to keep the people subscribed and self other services instead of helping with the issue at hand. Waited 30 minutes to be told I had to call the customer service number was very poor customer service to me.

The employees here are absolutely useless and refused to give me my equipment even though I already paid several days ago, they had me come to the store twice with a newborn baby only to tell me they refuse to give me my equipment I paid for. I've been a spectrum customer including business for many years but will probably switch

We have Spectrum Internet Services in our home and have been pretty happy with them. There are some times where the service might lag a little, but overall, the speed is really great. I work remotely and it's never caused me to lose my connection while I'm session with clients or in a meeting. This is extremely important to me. We don't have cable and rely on our internet services for streaming as well. We have never had any issues here either. The only place where Spectrum fails is providing mobile phone service. We tried that and they didn't have a passing grade there. But they have really shined in the Internet Provider service. This is definitely their strong position in the market.

I was turned away twice, after being sent there to make a return, they told me they could not help me and that I had to call customer service to deal with them. Their failure to offer help and immediately turn me away shows me exactly the type of customer service they offer their clients.

The store is nice and big staff members were polite. I saw no change in the waiting period is the same as the old store took me 25min of wait time poor work .

Extremely unprofessional staff with poor understanding of what they're doing. I went in to change my mobile devices and they ended up ordering the wrong phones. Since we didn't want the phones they ordered, they charged us a fee for ordering the correct phones. Later on, we found out that when they ordered our corrects phones. They took off the insurance so now they won't cover a faulty phone. Manager kept going to the back to hide. Never got one word in.
