On July 11th at 6:30 on security camera The manager sayra Garcia she has orange hair followed me outside to my car and started yelling and threatening me in my face another employee named angel had to hold her back there are multiple complaints about her on here I had to go to the hospital because I’m 3 months pregnant she barely speaks any English and she should be fired she creates a hostile work environment

This store has got to be the cleanest and well organized stripes I've been to. Everything is so neet, no mess what so ever. They give out great customer service. I would totally recommend visiting this store. This will be my go to store from now on. Hat's off to syra, diana and the Laredo taco employee's who do a magnificent job 👌👍.

Saw one of the employees with orange brownish hair, I’m thinking was a manager, yell at one of her employees today infront of me. I was by one of the stations and did not appreciate the unprofessionalism towards both her employees and customers. If sheneeds to speak to employees, adress it privately and not where all the customers can hear. It isn’t the first time she has an ugly tone. I’ve heard her talk to customers like that before. Definitely something this store needs to fix.

place looks like a dirty mess and if you work there head management abuses you makes you feel like a slave and works you till the bone till you break and leave, also its very unsanitary in the laredo taco side the food is usually a day old with lots of time for mosquitoes to linger on it so don’t expect fresh ingredients with your taco.❤️

If I could rate this stripes 0 stars I would! As a former employee I can tell u the managers Ashley and Denise are so rude to their workers all they do is just sit in the office and do nothing but gossip! Workers are not valued and get treated like garbage

Ashley the general manager and Denise the assistant managers are both very unprofessional and very childish. Denise always has an attitude and is always rude and hostile to the employees. She brings her baby to work which is unprofessional as per this is not a day care. This is a work environment. This stripes is the worst experience I’ve ever came across. Who even promoted these women? They don’t show respect they are very childish. Something needs to be done.

Worse stripes I've ever been too. Always out of fountain drinks, always out of ice, always out of EVERYTHING!dirtiest stripes ever, the taco ladies are waaay to slow, and always holding up the line because they are talking amongst themselves. Very unorganized. Couple of the ladies always have attitudes just like today because they lady was too busy looking around and did t hear my order and then when she gets it wrong, she blames me and .um les under her breath something to me. Will contact corporate for sure today. Need a new manager here

I have never not liked a Stripes store.But Nailea at this store really impressed me. She was working alone, which I have never seen in one of these stores. (Maybe somebody called out.)I have worked alone in a gas station/convenience store – just 16 years ago – and I know how challenging that can be.I made a special, high-maintenance request of her. I was going to the beach for several days and needed lots of fresh water for me and my dog. (There is no fresh water at Boca Chica Beach)Most Stripes stores have a faucet on the outside of the building where I can fill my water bottles, but this one did not - maybe because it is also a truckstop.Nailea effortlessly did a multitasking dance between the cash register and filling my water bottles from the sink back by the Laredo Taco area.She smoothly moved back over to the cash register when customers needed her help - and then very cheerfully finished my task, even though I had run in there only for this purpose and on this trip did not make any purchase.I think Nailea is a customer service hero - and I recommend this store.

I have personally worked at stripes and I have never seen such a blaent disregard to quality of service and food.the food on the bar for the kitchen is always old,sits there all day not even stirred to make it look presenatable...chicken in the grab and go box pale from sitting in the box the entire day...hotdogs shriveled up to nothing and fries that are as hard as rocks.if u ask for anything fresh,your told no.I hope someone hires people at this location who care about there jobs and the company they work for..not just people who come in to make a paycheck and care about nothing else.
