If give it a zero star if I could. Extremely rude personnel. Went in for something as simple as a small pick up. They refused to assist me because there were customers “ahead” of me. So much for T-Mobile Tuesdays. Two employees in the back having a conversation. I asked for a manager and was “offered” one, but no manager ever came. Worst service I’ve received.

Seriously man, here we have a national brand being represented in the only shopping mall in Brownsville, TX by the worst customer service reps, not helpful not knowledgeable, it be best to not even have a store open it burning the brand to the ground.

I am a driver I have Geotab, I send my wife to get a Geotab communicating module, they ignore her…. Comercial drivers and customers do not go to this store it is the worst in the Valley if you want Geotab in your truck go to Verizon, T Mobile is the worst cell data for your tablet it never works they can never give you service and the customer phone service is the worst. Avoid them don’t get no new cell or any kind of service…. They are only there to sell and they will never want you back or if you go back they will tell you I cannot do anything…. Don’t go boycott them

Absolutely terrible service from TMobile. I've submitted multiple requests over the past week alone for an issue that's been ongoing for months with no long term solution. They even explained that my problem is common, but didn't offer any credits or discounts. I'm unable to work.Edit: the problem is still ongoing with frequent attempts at solution a few months later.

If you want good costumer service just go to the Boca chica T-mobile. And yes the boca chica store is a corporate store since no one at the mall store knew the answer. Married, engaged, and the guy with the gf flirt on your own time. They couldn’t solve a simple issue because they where to busy flirting. Having fun is okay but not when it’s at the expense of a costumer . They couldn’t switch a simple plan.

Had the worst experience here. Don’t know if Cindy had a bad day, but she was extremely rude and unhelpful. We were there for 45 minutes and she did not even explain what was going on.

I like how they are very informative about their products. The only down side is that sometimes there's too many people and it takes a while for them to get to you but other than that customer service is awesome.
