Before going here, I took a look at the rating and braced myself for something terrible. But in fact the service is amazing and from the very opening of the door the staff greeted me. So, at least now everything is fine in the store.

Worst costumer service ever! Planning even to switch to other company. Do NOT COME HERE. They only there to pick up a check and they wont assist you properly. Its Unacceptable!Zero stars! ?

If I could give no stars I would. This place is the worst. The customer service is horrible. The people here don't know what they are doing. They need to train these people on how to do their job and how to treat people. They need to replace everyone at this location. When a manager hears that there is a issue he should be involved especially when the person that is working the counter doesn't know how to do their job. T-Mobile really needs to get the manager fired since he is useless. I feel the manger isn't doing what he is paid for. He is a very lazy person and his work ethics needs to be checked out. Corporate needs to remove this person and have a more dependable person. Why the He** would you run the card twice and say sorry we need to run it again and have 3 transaction that are on hold now. So now we have to wait 5 days for the bank to release the money . While we wait for 5 days there might be some over drafts because of their stupidity of not knowing how to do their job right. Scammers is all I have to say.

Not a TMobile customer but the level of customer service Ruben offered me impressed me so much. Called to make an unorthodox request, if next door business was open. Said business is the only place in all of South Texas for TWIC/NSA checks and I drove the day before 1.5 hours only to find it closed. Ruben told me to back around 2 pm since business may have been closed for lunch. Called back and Ruben answered my call as if I were a customer asking about my acct. Very friendly, courteous and most importantly humble. I may take this as a sign to switch all my mobile lines to TMobile

I recently had to trade in my Iphone for a One Plus 9 at this store. There was a beautiful young lady by the name of Lilly who helped me do the trade in. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the the phone I wanted and we engaged in conversation while doing so. She made me comfortable and got me through the process with ease. Normally I would wait a long time at most of their stores, but not today. She got right to work and we were done in no time. T-Mobile she deserves a good raise and not a 50¢ one either.

Good customer service I told Nacho I was in a rush he helped me in less than 5 mins on a big transaction and was very detailed on terms and other services they offer that can helped me. Thank you
