We purchased a 2021 F150 in 2021 from Tipton Ford in Brownsville.. Vehicle has been working really good. We did need to bring it in for a repair on 9/11/24.
This post is to commend Tipton for having Brittany Hernandez as a Service Advisor. Brittany went above and beyond in helping us with some issues that required clarity on Warranty coverage. It is rare to go to a place of business and find employees that do that and do it so professionally and with a good attitude. Thank you Brittany for your amazing work ethics!
In addition, staff who greeted us while in line as soon as we arrived were very pleasant and helpful.
In conclusion, we have been going to Tipton for oil changes etc.for almost 3 years and the staff has always been pleasant and helpful. The place is always clean; especially the restrooms and coffee area; that is much appreciated.
I can truly say that at Tipton Ford, Brownsville, they do deliver great "Service After The Sale".
