I really appreciate you took my car for service w/o appt. The only thing was usually when I take my car they take no more than 40min waiting. On this visit it they take almost 2hrs besides the place was empty ! Arnold said that since they were not busy it only should take 20 minutes or so to do the oil change. They took more time than usuall

Went in to have two recalls done on my vehicle with the expectation of the service being around 2 hours. It only took about 45 mins and the service was excellent. Never have any issues when I take my car in.

My service advisor, Paloma, ensures my late added concerns are always looked into and addressed by the technicians and makes sure I’m satisfied with the work when I pick up my vehicle.
